Scotcheroos (aka Special K Bars) are a favorite treat amongst Minnesotans. They are certainly one of my favorites! Chocolate, butterscotch, and peanut butter; what’s not to like?! I cannot resist these.

These treats were molded in a cupcake tin with three peanut butter M&M’s candies on top and rainbow sprinkles.

Sold by the dozen. Each Scotcheroo weighs approximately 2.7 oz. The average candy bar weighs 1.5 oz.
